Robert Hooker has been in the vehicle testing industry since 1983. As one of the most experienced experts in his field in the United States, he has worked on hundreds of vehicle test cases and accident reconstructions, both in his civil and law enforcement careers.

We conduct vehicle handling and maneuverability testing, including NHSTA "Fishhook," on our 400' x 400' test track. The testing is done in compliance with standardized industry testing and conditions to ensure proper analysis of vehicle handling and fault findings. We have added a 300-foot steel rail system that allows us to drive a vehicle precisely straight and to control crash angles and impacts with greater accuracy than just driving one vehicle into another on an open track. Testing can be instrumented for different physical aspects, both with and without crash test dummies. Also offered is remote control vehicle testing.

Vehicle drop tests can be conducted on a wide range of vehicles. We have the capability to test everything from small "smart cars" to semi-trucks. Roll cages can also be constructed to reinforce the roof structure so a comparative test is available to the drop test done without reinforcement. All of this is done in accordance with standardized drop test procedures. Testing can be instrumented for different physical aspects, both with and without crash test dummies.

We conduct limited maneuverability testing for vehicle rollover resistance. Eliseco Systems utilizes a specially-designed sled to allow for sled tests and conduct dynamic rollover situations with a variety of vehicles.
